Most Shark Fam gear is made especially for you once your order is placed. Producing items on demand helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and reduce overproduction—but it also means your gear needs a few days before it’s ready to hit the road.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Most orders take 2–5 business days to make before shipping.
Once your order leaves the fulfillment center, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–20 business days
Most US orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days of being placed. International delivery typically takes 7–25 business days, depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, high order volume, weather, customs and carrier delays can occasionally keep your package out at sea a little longer.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address and available shipping method.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement after the shipping label is created.
ORDERS MAY ARRIVE SEPARATELY
Some products are made or packaged at different fulfillment centers. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged additional shipping if your order is divided into multiple shipments after checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees required by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also add time to the estimated delivery window.
CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Take a moment to make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to update or redirect it.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, check the tracking information and contact your local carrier first—they can often provide the fastest update.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you can’t find it, check around the delivery location, ask other members of your household and contact the carrier directly before reaching out.
